My go-to items are simple old fashioned dresses (nearly all of which are floral). I have so many in different shapes and sizes, lengths and colours. I love how free they make me feel, like I don't want to wear anything else with them, especially shoes. This is an old BHS one. I don't think any item of clothing is more feminine than a dress, yet mine remind me of being quite small and running around in fields chasing butterflies (a past time of mine). I'm sort of stuck in a jewelery funk at the moment, I wear this peace symbol and turquoise stone to bed at night and wake up with them all tangled and choking me, and this cross reminds me of my Nan. And I fixed this old anklet of mine I wore to death last summer until it just fell off my foot into a sparkly pile.
Spent the day sorting out stock and then went over to my neighbour's for a piano lesson (a new hobby I am thoroughly enjoying), then came home and took pictures and I'm going to spend the evening having a leaf through Elle and a new poetry book, then finish watching Above Suspicion and fall asleep with Boston Legal...again.
I'm sure my eyes should be square by now what with all this blogging and obsessive viewing of things like Dexter late into the night.

Waterloo Sunset is playing on the radio - a favourite of mine I haven't heard for ages.
