On these cold, dark, snowy (well slushy) days, copious amounts of tea are the only thing that grace my lips. When others feel the need to eat more when it's cold, my appetite vanishes and a good old cuppa is all that I care about. Of course I still eat, but tea come first.
And this dress makes me feel ready for a tea party, a little bit like Alice in Wonderland attending the Mad hatter's tea party. I might take it up a bit because I like short dresses more, but I'm not sure I can be bothered. This dress was originally from Pirmani, but I tried it on and didn't end up buying it for some bizarre reason, but I found it on eBay by chance and got it for a steal :)I can't decide if I like it with the collar done all the way up or not... I hope I'm not getting boring with all my murky floral dresses, big cardigans and penchant for necklaces and scruffy hair.
My mum tells me my fashion sense hasn't really changed much since I was little. Every picture of me as a little girl I have the same haircut I do now; a lopsided outgrown fringe and messy layers, a flowery dress, knee high white socks and little buckled shoes. I wish I still had all my clothes from then, I'd want to re-make them.
My dress and shoes were off eBay, my cardi was a thrifted gap number, my bird cameo was from a charity shop and the gold necklace is new and from a charity shop too! I love it.
Did anyone else enjoy their first advent calendar window this morning? - the highlight of my year so far. (In case you don't know I majorly <3 Christmas).
