Not the front row at the Alena Akhmadullina show but still close enough to be able to take these precious snaps of her new SS'11 Collection. She truly is a star of the Russian fashion and probably one of the most remarkable designers at the Volvo Fashion Week in Moscow this season. I loved everything about her work, there is so much innovation and every look carries this unforgettable style and charisma. She is unique in the full sense of this word and these divine and totally magical prints she creates are awesome. Loved the colour palette. Amazing shades of green and blue and beige. And everything worked out together perfectly. This is something I appreciate the most in her designs. She put together an amazing show and I felt so honoured to be there and to be a part of it. There was something natural and earthy in her designs, yet the sheering textures and light fabric made the collection look so modern, young, bright and fresh. Aren't you just hooked by these floral print jumpsuits? I simply cannot wait for the Summer season to be able to wear some of these super hot printed leggings and silk dresses. Hoping the Winter season will pass by sooner ;-)
