Ok, here is what I did today. I've worked on a funky summer skirt (actually managed to finish 2 of them today, the other one is coming in the tomorrow's post). It was very easy and fun to make, even though I had to hurry quite a bit to get everything done by the end of the day.
The fabric is a light yellow cotton, which is perfect for the hot summer weather. It wraps around the body in this very cool soft way. It also works very well with the tights, so when you are walking the skirt does not crawl up your hips.
I'm wearing it here with the River Island belt (there are actually two of them ;), it's a little trick i had to play since the blue belt is a little too big, so i put another one underneath). The shoes are from Zara and the hat is H&M.
