Healthy Snack Nibbles

I'm starting my new year's resolution early - and not labeling it a new year's resolution. But regardless, I am trying to be healthier - and eating less processed, more natural things, when I can. Here's a little snack my friend taught me.

Baked Chickpeas

What you'll need:

1 can of Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
Olive Oil
Seasoning of choice - I chose Garlic powder and Sea salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat cookie sheet with Pam, or the like
Pour drained chick peas into a plastic baggie
Add about one tablespoon of olive oil to the bag-o-chickpeas
Shake around the bag to coat the peas in the oil
Add in your seasoning of choice
Shake some mo'!
Dump the coated peas onto the greased up pan:


Bake for 45 minutes.

When done, I separated into 3 snack-sized bags so I could grab on the go!
