Tomorrow is the day!!! In just under 12 hours, Hubs and I will be closing on our first house. And a great house it is:

2.5 bathrooms
2 garage spaces
6 months to find it
5th house we tried to get
1 day on the market
30 days to close
54 years old
1 previous owner
